Just spray directly onto the coat, then comb or brush out any knots or tangles. Can be used on wet or dry hair. Use before brushing and combing. Can be used as a detangler, or used regularly as a brushing aid to condition the coat, reduce coat damage while brushing, and to help prevent tangles and knots forming in the first place.
